Affiliate Program Terms And Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Saintly Society LLC Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Affiliates must apply through our official affiliate registration page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old. Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code.

Commission Structure

Commission rates, cookie duration, and payout terms are defined in the affiliate dashboard and may vary by campaign. Commissions are earned on qualified purchases only and do not apply to returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, self-referrals, canceled orders, or unpaid orders. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

Payment Terms

Payouts are issued according to the schedule set in UpPromote. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. We are not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect payment details.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates agree to represent the brand honestly and accurately, use only approved brand assets and messaging, comply with all applicable laws and regulations including FTC disclosure requirements, and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in promotions. Affiliates may not bid on our brand name or variations in paid advertising, use affiliate links in spam or misleading content, impersonate our brand or claim to be an official representative, offer unauthorized discounts or incentives, or promote on coupon or deal sites unless explicitly approved.

Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved logos, images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products. Any modification of brand assets requires prior written approval. We reserve the right to revoke permission to use brand assets at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or brand misrepresentation. Upon termination, affiliate links and codes will be deactivated. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred.

Relationship

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship. Affiliates act as independent contractors.

Modifications

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to affiliate participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saintly Society LLC operates.
